- Prepare Crust: Crush the chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them thoroughly with the melted butter until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand.
- Make Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until the pudding thickens, which should take about 2 minutes. Set this aside to firm up.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract while continuing to beat until the mixture becomes fluffy and light.
- Assemble Layers: In a serving dish, start by layering half of the chocolate graham cracker crumb crust evenly. Then spread half of the chocolate pudding over it, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and top with half of the fresh raspberries. Repeat these layers once more in the same order and optionally finish by topping with any remaining whipped cream mixture.
