Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for roasting the chickpeas evenly and getting them crispy.
- Mix Chickpeas and Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, sweet paprika, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly until every chickpea is well coated with the seasoning mixture.
