Crust
- 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Form the crust layer: Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even layer. Set aside to harden while you prepare the filling.
- Make cream cheese base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Whip cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
